JAKARTA - The Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) has successfully completed a series of inaugural flight tests of its C919 aircraft on Saturday in Shanghai.

The plane took off from Pudong International Airport at 06:52 local time (05:52 western Indonesia time) and landed again at Shanghai's largest airport at 09:54.

C919 is an aircraft with a capacity of 158-168 passengers equipped with luggage with a cruising range of 4,075-5,555 kilometers.
The aircraft was the first to flight test in 2017. Since 2019, six project C919 aircraft have carried out a series of flight tests.
