Surakarta Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka said the project plan was submitted to the Head of the PDI-P (PDIP) for Manpower, Industry, Infrastructure Nusyirwan Soejono during a visit to the Surakarta Mayor's Office House Loji Gandrung.
"I ask for help to encourage the construction of the south east ring road," he said as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, May 11.
