Motorcycle And Truck Collision In Tigaraksa Tangerang, One Person Dies

TANGERANG - An accident between a motorbike and a truck occurred on Jalan Raya Syeh Mubarok, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency, Wednesday 11 May. One motorcyclist died in the accident.

The Head of the Lakalantas Unit (Kanit) of the Tangerang Polresta, AKP Mulyadi, revealed that the death victim was a man with the initials JUH who rode a Yamaha Mio motorcycle with number B 3967 TBA.

"The victim of the accident suffered injuries to the right side of the neck and bleeding from the nose, mouth and ears," said Mulyadi in Tangerang, Wednesday, May 11.

From eyewitness testimony, Mulyadi explained that the accident began when the victim JUH riding a motorcycle came from the direction of Tigaraksa towards Cisoka intending to overtake the Mitsubishi Light truck with number F 8646 FZ driven by RI.

"From the left, when overtaking an unknown motorcycle that was about to come out of Perum Triraksa 2, then the motorcycle driver who was the victim swerved to the right, so that it grazed the left center of the truck," he explained.

After that, he continued, the truck on his right was hit by the victim and fell onto the road hitting the rear tire of the vehicle.

"As a result of the accident, the driver died on the spot," he said.

He said that currently his party has evacuated the victims of the accident to the nearest hospital for further examination. "The victim has been evacuated to the Tobat Hospital," he concluded.
