Mr. Anies, Residents Of Gembrong Market Fire Victims Ask For Children's Playroom During Settlement Revitalization

JAKARTA - Residents of fire victims at Pasar Gembrong RW 01, Cipinang Besar Utara, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, hope there will be a playroom for children in the settlement revitalization plan.

Head of RT 06/01 Cipinang Besar Utara Urban Village, Mugiharto said, in his environment there is no play room for children. Therefore, he hopes that the revitalization process will also prepare a children's playroom.

"Hopefully if there is still land that is still being built for children's playgrounds, because there are many children here," said Mugiharto in Jakarta, Wednesday.

Mugiharto added that the residents of Pasar Gembrong lack open space facilities for gathering and playing that are child-friendly.

So far, the children in the neighborhood have been playing around the settlements and roads of the Gembrong Market area.

He hopes that the East Jakarta City Government, as the party that will revitalize the settlement, will provide a children's playroom at the Gembrong Market.

"Children play in their respective neighborhoods, just in the alley, there is no field. If it's not on the terrace of the Al Hikmah Mosque, we often gather residents to chat," said Mugiharto.
