Jakarta DTKS Phase II Registration Opens, Social Service Claims No Error System Complaints

JAKARTA - The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has again opened the registration of integrated social welfare data (DTKS) phase II for Jakarta residents from 9 to 28 May 2022.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Social Service, Premi Lasari, claimed that during the two days that DTKS registration was opened, no complaints were received regarding system errors or difficulties in accessing the registration web page. This is different from the first stage of DTKS registration, which often receives complaints.

"Based on the results of monitoring for two days of registration, there have been no more complaints from the public regarding system errors or slow access," said Premi in her statement, Wednesday, April 11.

Premi said that the Social Service had coordinated with the relevant regional apparatus organizations (OPD) to optimize the smoothness of the phase II DTKS registration process through checking land and vehicle data, validating population identification numbers (NIK) and increasing registrant hits which are still awaiting approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs ( Ministry of Home Affairs), as well as increasing the capacity of the IT system.

“This checking of land and vehicle ownership data is necessary because this tax data is the basis for determining the DTKS registration process. In addition, regarding the increase in hits from 100,000 to 500,000 registrants, we are still waiting for approval from the Dukcapil of the Ministry of Home Affairs," said Premi.

During the preparation for the DTKS Phase II registration, the Social Security Center for Socialization and Socialization carried out socialization and guidance to Data Collection Officers and Social Assistance Officers (Pendamsos) spread over 267 kelurahan. Therefore, residents who find it difficult to register online can directly go to the officers in each kelurahan.

“People who have difficulty registering online can contact the Social Affairs Officer in each kelurahan. In the future, the Social Security Center will evaluate Social Security in terms of both quality and quantity for better service,” he explained.
