After Lebaran Holiday, Regent To Tangerang ASN: Immediately Serve The Community

TANGERANG - Tangerang Regent Ahmed Zaki Iskandar asked the productivity of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in his area to return to normal after the long holiday of Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah or Eid 2022.

"Immediately serve the community, ASN in serving the community must not be lazy," said Regent Zaki when delivering the mandate at the apple at Maulana Yudha Negara Tigaraksa Field, in Tangerang, quoted from Antara, Monday 9 May.

He mentioned that ASN in his government environment could directly serve the community and by remaining disciplined in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol.

Then, he hoped, the ASN would not be lazy in working after the holiday. Because, according to him, laziness must be fought in order to provide the best service for the community.

"Hopefully they can show good dedication, so they don't delay work because they skip work on the first day of work after the holiday," he said.

Meanwhile, Deputy Regent of Tangerang Mad Romli added, if employees and ASN are advised not to be lazy, considering that on the first day of work, many residents need help.

In addition, all regional apparatus organizations (OPD) can also return to providing their best services to the community, especially for services in sub-district units.

"There should be no more ASN skipping work, for no apparent reason. We are monitoring the ASN so that residents no longer have to complain," he said.

He hopes that ASN can continue to provide examples of implementing health protocols to the community. This is important considering that currently the COVID-19 pandemic has not been 100 percent gone, especially after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, many residents return to their villages and jostle while going home.

"The COVID Task Force must continue to provide further socialization to residents, in order to implement the 6 M, so that Tangerang Regency is free from COVID-19," he concluded.
