Police Buru Caucasian Woman Posing Naked In The Sacred Tree Of Bali's Babakan Temple

TABANAN - A video of a female foreign national posing naked on a sacred giant tree at Babakan Temple, Tua Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali, has gone viral on social media. The police are now hunting for the Caucasians.

This nude female Caucasian video upload was distributed via Instagram. This post, of course, was criticized by Balinese people.

Marga Police Chief AKP I Gede Budiarta said his party was still investigating this video. The police also asked for information from local figures.

"The members who are currently down are still being investigated and contacting figures in the Babakan area in the Old Village," Budiarta said when contacted, Wednesday, May 4.

According to Budiarta, previously there had also been a similar incident, namely Caucasians in bikinis. Because in the past, access to the sacred tree was not strict and there were no restrictions on visitors.

"It was said that the photo used to be but we are still investigating. Now there is a wall. There used to be no roads and all kinds of things have now been rehabilitated, there are walls and all kinds of things and there are guards because every visitor is accompanied by a pecalang who wants to go there," he added.

The police have confirmed that there is a legal snare against a female Caucasian who poses naked at the Babakan Temple, Bali.

"It can still be subject to (legal snares). Moreover, it is a sacred place near a temple. But we are looking for the truth so that we are not wrong, "said Budiarta.
