"The Puncak route is a tourist destination, so an increase in volume flow occurs on D+1 Lebaran," said Head of the Bogor Resort Police Traffic Unit, AKP Dicky Anggi in Bogor, Tuesday, May 3.
The five alternative routes are, first, the South Sentul-Babakan Madang-Pasir Angin Toll Road with a route from Jakarta to Puncak, exiting at Simpang Pasir Angin. The line has a length of about 20 kilometers and a road width of six meters.
Second, Cileungsi-Jonggol-Cariu with the route Jakarta-Cianjur-Bandung. The line has a length of about 55 kilometers, with a road width of about eight meters.
Third, Cilember-Jogjogan-Ciburial. This route is an alternative to going home and visiting Puncak with a road length of about eight kilometers and a width of about five meters.

During Operation Ketupat which was carried out in order to secure during the homecoming, backflow, and Eid holidays, the Bogor Police and related agencies deployed around 2,000 personnel to be on standby throughout the Bogor area.
Dicky said that the Puncak route, Bogor Regency, is not widely used as a homecoming route, but a tourist route for the Eid holiday.
"Currently there is a policy from the government regarding the one way route on the Cikampek route to Java, of course this will definitely have an impact here, so we continue to keep personnel on standby," said Dicky, as quoted by Antara.
