Still Wanting Formula E Interpellation, PSI: Pak Jokowi's Presence To The Circuit Doesn't Mean Free From Problems

JAKARTA - The chairman of the PSI faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo, emphasized that his party still wants the interpellation rights for Formula E to be rolled out, even though the race circuit has been reviewed by President Joko Widodo.

Because according to Anggara, Jokowi's review of the circuit construction in the Ancol area, North Jakarta does not mean eliminating problems in its implementation.

The problem in question is the non-transparent use of the APBD for commitment fee payments in 2019 and 2020.

"With Mr. Jokowi's presence there, it does not mean that the activity is free from problems. There is still the possibility of problems. We want to ensure our form of supervision through interpellation because it involves the APBD. If this does not involve the APBD, we certainly will not bother. troublesome," said Anggara at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building, Tuesday, April 26.

According to Anggara, the review that Jokowi did was only to ensure that Formula E could be held properly. Because, like it or not, how the form of the implementation of Formula E in Jakarta will have an impact in the eyes of the international community.

"Surely Pak Jokowi wants to ensure this activity because it is an international scale, it is necessary to make sure everything is fine in preparation and implementation," said Anggara.
