Charta Politica Survey: Ganjar Unggul In Java-Bali And Nusa Tenggara, Anies In Jakarta-Banten And Kalimantan

JAKARTA - The results of the presidential election simulation (pilpres) held by Chartapolitika Indonesia show that the majority of respondents in Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali, East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara chose the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo to replace President Joko Widodo.

Ganjar's electability in Central Java and Yogyakarta took the top position with 66.5 percent of the vote, while in East Java he also still received the most support with 27.9 percent of the vote.

"In Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara, Ganjar's voice is still superior with 45 percent of the vote," said Executive Director of Charta Politica Indonesia Yunarto Wijaya in his presentation quoted by Antara, Monday, April 25.

Thus, Ganjar's voice in the three regions is superior to other figures, such as Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), Airlangga Hartarto, Anies Baswedan, Erick Thohir, Prabowo Subianto, Puan Maharani, Ridwan Kamil, Sandiaga S. Uno, and Khofifah. Indar Parawansa.

Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party DPP Prabowo Subianto received the majority of support from respondents in Sumatra, West Java, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.

Prabowo's electability in Sumatra still occupies the top position with 29.2 percent of the vote, then in West Java 31.4 percent, Sulawesi 34.4 percent, then Maluku and Papua 28 percent.

Another figure, Anies Baswedan, received a lot of support from the majority of respondents in DKI Jakarta and Banten, then Kalimantan.

In Jakarta and Banten, Anies' electability reached 33 percent, while in Kalimantan it was 30 percent.

In the same report, Charta Politika also mapped out support from party supporters for figures who have the opportunity to become presidential candidates.

Anies Baswedan, according to Charta Politika mapping, received votes from supporters of Golkar (24.1 percent), NasDem (33.9 percent), PKS (63.8 percent), PPP (24 percent), PAN (38.9 percent), and Democrats (30.6 percent).

Meanwhile, Ganjar Pranowo received a majority of votes from supporters of PKB (25.8 percent), PDI-P (66.8 percent), Golkar (26.8 percent), and NasDem (32.3 percent).

Prabowo Subianto, according to the same report, received the majority support from supporters of Gerindra (72.4 percent), Golkar (27.7 percent), and PPP (24 percent).

Meanwhile, AHY got a majority of votes only from Democrat supporters as much as 30.6 percent.

Chartapolitika conducted a survey and simulation of the presidential election on April 10-17 2022 involving 1,220 respondents in 122 villages/kelurahan spread over 34 provinces.
