MEDAN - After going viral last weekend, the bespectacled man who threatened Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution was arrested by the police in Takengon, Central Aceh. This man threatened to break Bobby Nasution's neck when he protested against a parking attendant in Medan about paying for E-parking, aka non-cash.

In a viral video, a man named Rizkan Putra arrogantly refuses to pay for parking non-cash. Meanwhile, the E-parking officer emphasized the non-cash payment rules.

Hearing the words of the E-parking officer, the bespectacled man asked him to bring the boss who ordered the parking attendant.

"Send your boss to come here," said the bespectacled car driver.

"This is what Mr. Bobby (Mayor of Medan) ordered," replied the parking attendant.

"You called Mr. Bobby here, let me break Mr. Bobby's neck all together. Do you want it? Or do you want me to break your neck if you want," said the man in the car.

Arguing with an E-parking officer on Jalan Rahmad syah, Masjid Village, Medan Kota District, Saturday, April 23.

After being complained to by the parking attendants, the police arrested the bespectacled man. When photographed by the police for investigation purposes, the man wore a smile.

"The man made threats when the E-Parking officer asked for a car parking fee. However, the man objected to paying the parking fee with an E-toll card by saying, I want to break your neck," said Medan City Police Chief Commissioner Rikki Ramadhan, Monday, April 25.

After threatening the E-parking officer, the man and his partner immediately left.

"At that time, the e-parking officer's hand was on the left side of the car, causing the e-parking officer's right hand to suffer a scratch," he explained.

Meanwhile, Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution responded normally to the threats made by a man named Rizkan Putra for refusing to pay for parking with an electronic card. Bobby Nasution took issue with the behavior of the bespectacled man who injured the Medan E-parking officer.

"That's on a normal field, only what I emphasize the most is not the problem of Bobby Nasution's broken neck, no. But our parking attendant who was the victim, even though his neck didn't break, but yesterday his hand was caught in the car window, and then he walked (the car)," said Bobby Nasution, Monday, April 25.

"The important point is, because it has happened, there have been victims, there have been injuries. If the problem is breaking a neck, it hasn't happened yet," he explained.

Bobby Nasution emphasized that the legal process against the man was not because of threats but injuring the Medan E-parking officer.

"This is what the Head of Police said earlier that he had been secured, but not because he broke his neck, but because his hand was clamped by the perpetrator, he entered into persecution, because he was pinned in the car and then carried on until the parking attendant dragged him," he continued.
