Onion and chili trader at Parung Market, Zainuddin, said that the price of Brebes shallots has increased the most due to its good quality. For the price of garlic, Zainuddin said it was still normal at around Rp. 35 thousand rupiah. The same price also applies to red chili and curly chili commodities. Zainuddin said that until now there has been no significant increase before Eid. Prices, he said, will rise if stocks or supplies for good quality commodities are limited. This is because the distribution is experiencing delays.

"In terms of chili, garlic is still normal. If it's too late, for example," he said. Meanwhile, a beef trader, Yuli, said that the price of beef has now touched Rp. 150 thousand per kilogram. The increase in beef prices is around Rp. 10 thousand per kilogram from the previous price of Rp. 140 thousand per kilogram before the fast. In fact, he said, two or three days before Idul Fitri, it will rise even higher, which can reach the level of Rp. 170-180 thousand per kilogram.
