The National Police Files Red Notices For 5 Fahrenheit Trading Robot Suspects Who Are Allegedly Overseas

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has applied for a red notice for five suspects in the Fahrenheit trading robot. It is suspected that the fugitives are abroad.

"Investigators will file red notices against 5 people who have been named suspects," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko to reporters, Friday, April 22.

The five fugitives had the initials HA, FM, WR, BY and HD. Currently, investigators are still completing the documents for submitting the red notice.

"There are a total of 10 suspects in this case. All five are indicated to be abroad," said Gatot.

Meanwhile, five other suspects have been arrested and detained. They, namely Hendry Susanto, are suspected of being the mastermind in the Fahreinhet trading robot case because he is a director in the company structure.

In addition, there are four other people who have been arrested with the initials D, ILJ, DBC, and MF.

Previously, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police recorded 550 people as victims of the fake trading robot Fahrenheit case. The total loss reached Rp. 480 billion.

"More or less the loss reached Rp. 480 billion," said Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Department Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan.

From the process of investigation and investigation, Fahrenheit trading robot does not have permission from the relevant authorities. Fahrenheit uses a ponzi scheme.

A ponzi scheme which is a fraudulent investment mode with the pattern of paying investors profits from their own money or money paid out by subsequent investors, not from the profits made by the individuals or organizations that run these operations.
