JAKARTA - Head of RT 07/04 Batu Ampar Sub-district, Abdul Aziz (45) explained that this is not the first time that the quarrel between brother and sister that ended in the death of BF (38) happened. The dispute with the perpetrator with the initials DPN (19) with his family has repeatedly occurred.

Previously, the DPN had also quarreled with another brother, in the same house.

"In the past, he was with his other brother," Aziz told reporters, Wednesday, April 20.

Aziz said that if there was a dispute with a family member, the DPN would often carry a knife as if to kill.

"He often does that (fights), is separated from residents. He often wants to kill people like that," he said.

Rodiyah (50), a neighbor of the victim, said the same thing. DPN is often seen fighting with his own family.

"Yes, he is with his family all the time (noisy). As long as you fight like that, you carry a knife," he said.

The Head of Criminal Investigation at the Kramat Jati Police, AKP Biher Harianja, said the murder took place in a house located on Jalan Batu Kinyang 1, RT 07/04, Batu Ampar Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta, Wednesday 20 April, early in the morning.

"The perpetrator of the DPN has been arrested. He is charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code," he said.
