Only 15 Minutes To Manage KTP Making And Other Population Administration Services In DKI

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government claims that population administration services for DKI residents are currently getting faster. In fact, this service can only take as fast as 15 minutes.

The head of the DKI Jakarta Dukcapil Office, Budi Awaludin, gave an example, which previously took an ID card processing time of 1 hour to several days, now it only takes 15 minutes.

As long as, said Budi, all the required documents from the public are declared complete and the internet network signal is running well.

"Dukcapil DKI Jakarta continues to make continuous improvements so that it is able to accelerate services starting from 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes," Budi said in his statement, Tuesday, April 19.

However, Budi admits that there is one service that takes longer, namely the service for utilizing population data access which takes 480 minutes.

Budi continued, the essence of this service is the efficiency of residents' time. Thus, residents who take care of Dukcapil services can still carry out other activities on the same day because the services are completed quickly.

"Jakarta residents should feel the ease, speed, and comfort in population administration services," he said.

12 population administration services that can be done within 15 minutes:1. Recording of resident biodata for less than 12 years; 2. Issuance of Family Cards (KK);3. Issuance of electronic Identity Card (Electronic Identity Card);4. Issuance of Child Identity Card (KIA);5. The legalization of resident documents has not been TTE;6. Issuance of Proof of Non-Permanent Population Data Collection (STBP2NP);7. Issuance of Birth Certificate Quotations; 8. Issuance of Quotation of Death Certificates;9. Confirmation services for population registration and civil registration documents;5. Utilization of population data and information in the form of aggregated data;6. Integrated services with health facilities, cemeteries, houses of worship, Office of Religious Affairs, as well as domestic and international relocation services; Cancellation of population registration documents and civil registration without going through a court/contrarius actus; 8. Re-issuance of a civil registration deed due to the control of one of the disputing parties.
