Mukomuko Police Continue To Run Vaccinations In The Month Of Ramadan And Hope 60 Percent Meets The Target

MUKOMUKO - Mukomuko Resort Police, Bengkulu, hopes that vaccination coverage in 64 villages holding simultaneous village head elections reaches a minimum of 90 percent of the total target to prevent the spread of the corona virus in this area.

"Hopefully the vaccination coverage has reached at least 90 percent for dose I, 70 percent for dose II, and 10 percent for dose III," said Mukomuko Police Chief, AKBP Witdiardi, in his statement in Mukomuko, Thursday, April 14.

He said this when conveying an appeal to villages holding simultaneous village head elections this year to remain vigilant about the transmission of COVID-91. -19 in these villages that should be maximized.

The local resort police have routinely carried out COVID-19 vaccination activities at the Resort Police Headquarters to accommodate residents who have not received the first dose of vaccine and those who have received the first dose of vaccine but have not received the second and third doses.

In addition, the local resort police together with Kodim 0428/Mukomuko and other relevant agencies during this Ramadan provide COVID-19 vaccination services at night.

The Head of the Village Administration of the Mukomuko Regency Village and Community Empowerment Service said that his party prioritized vaccination of residents in villages holding simultaneous Pilkades.

"Even though it is the month of Ramadan, COVID-19 vaccination activities will continue at night. Vaccination activities are prioritized for residents in villages holding simultaneous village elections," he said, quoted by Antara.

His party has written to the local Health Office to facilitate vaccination activities in 64 villages holding simultaneous Pilkades this year.
