The Struggle Of Fried Food Students To DPR, Protests Expensive Cooking Oil Prices

JAKARTA - A man is being questioned by the police in the area of the DPR Building, Senayan, Jakarta. He was questioned because he was not wearing his alma mater when he was about to take part in a student demonstration on Monday, April 11.

When asked, he admitted that his name was Dandi Febriansyah (19) and a student of STIT Sirojul Falah Bogor.

He came to the House of Representatives with his friends. Dandi deliberately did not use his alma mater because it would be used when the demonstration started.

"(There are) 15 people, mostly boys, taking the train. There is an alma mater in the bag, when you get together, you will use it," he said.

Dandi said he was still waiting for the action group and had no intention of making a fuss. The child selling fried foods admitted that he already had the blessing of his parents to convey his aspirations regarding the increase in fuel prices to the DPR. "Wait here, it's been checked. It's safe. We don't have any intentions. I am a child selling fried foods, rising oil, (already) supported by my parents," he said.
