Polda Metro Jaya Performs Ramadan Filtering, Anticipates Sahur On The Road In DKI Jakarta

JAKARTA - Indonesian National Police officers Polda Metro Jaya is screening or filtering Ramadan security, anticipating sahur on the road (SOTR) activities at a number of points in the DKI Jakarta area, early Sunday.

Information on this Ramadan security filtering activity was monitored through the Twitter account @TMCPoldaMetro, in Jakarta, Sunday.

The filtering was carried out, among others, by officers from the Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, as well as the West Jakarta Satlantas, in the Asemka red light area, Puri Kembangan area, Jl. Ketapang, the Senayan Roundabout area, the Monas area, the Sunter Lake area to the East Flood Canal (BKT) area.

In addition to securing Ramadan, in this filtering activity, police officers also anticipate illegal racing, as well as conduct fines for motorized vehicle drivers who do not comply with traffic rules.
