Tangerang Mayor Threatens To Remove School Principal Whose Students Are Found In Brawl

TANGERANG - Tangerang Mayor Arief R Wismansyah has threatened to remove the school principal if his students are caught in the act of taking part in a brawl.

Arief made this statement, because it was based on the many brawls between students that had occurred in the last few weeks. In fact, it often happens just before dawn.

"If there is a state junior high school that has brawls, I will remove the principal," said Arief during a discussion at the WHTR Working Group Ngopi Item, Tangcity Mall, Tangerang City, Thursday, April 8.

Meanwhile, for private schools whose students are found to be involved in brawls, the operational costs of education will be withheld to a certain extent.

"For the private sector, our BOP (education operational costs) is pending," he said.

Therefore, he asked the Tangerang City Education Office (Dindik) to be even more intense in educating his students. This is done so as not to do brawls

"The Education Office gives an even more intense task, because at this time no matter how naughty it is no longer issued, because no matter how bad he is, he is our future," he said.
