PDIP's Message To 7 Factions Of DKI DPRD: No More Reasons To Reject Formula E Inter Interpellation

JAKARTA - DKI DPRD member PDIP faction Gilbert Simanjuntak views that the seven factions in the DPRD can no longer reason to reject the proposed Interpellation Rights Formula E. The seven factions referred to are Gerindra Party, PKS, PAN, Golkar, Nasdem, Democrat, and PKB-PPP.

Gilbert's statement was made after the Honorary Board of the DKI DPRD decided that the chairman of the DKI DPRD did not violate ethics when scheduling a plenary meeting to determine the interpellation of Formula E.

Currently, the process of interpellation rights proposed by PDIP and PSI is still pending. The DPRD leadership has not yet scheduled another interpellation. Therefore, Gilbert views this process should be continued.

"Looking at the progress of the implementation of Formula E so far, it is very important to continue the interpellation which is still being postponed. At this time there are no more reasons for the 7 factions to refuse the interpellation, so that everything is clear. It's just a matter of whether you want to side with the people or not," Gilbert told reporters, Thursday. , April 7th. Gilbert said that the seven factions need to realize that the plans for organizing Formula E are increasingly lacking in coordination, seen from the uncertainty of sponsors and the number of spectator seats that are not yet clear.

Therefore, according to Gilbert, the interpellation is important for the DPRD to question the maturity of the implementation of Formula E to the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan.

"The fact that Formula E is getting clearer day by day is not getting clearer or being carried out with good planning, in fact there is a lack of coordination. By the time the people's money has been issued for Rp. 710 billion, it becomes clearer that this is sacrificing the interests of the people," he said.

For information, the Honorary Board of the DKI DPRD finally issued a decision on the reports of the four deputy chairmen of the DKI DPRD and seven factions who reported the chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, for holding a plenary meeting of Interpellation Formula E.

The results of the examination will be out on March 14, 2022. The BK DPRD DKI decided that Prasetyo as the reported party was declared not to have violated the code of ethics of the DKI Jakarta DPRD. This is known from a copy of the decision letter received by journalists on Tuesday, April 5.
