Ngabalin Will Report Alleged Fraud That Bears His Name With Letter Headed KSP To Ask For Donations

JAKARTA - Main Expert Staff of the Presidential Staff Office Ali Mochtar Ngabalin plans to report suspected fraud on behalf of himself and the Presidential Staff Office (KSP). Reports related to fake letters with KSP headers and the profiteering of Ali Mochtar's name asking for donations to the mayor of Cirebon, West Java.

"On behalf of myself, I will report this alleged criminal act of fraud to the Polda Metro Jaya tomorrow at around 10.00 WIB," said Ali Mochtar Ngabalin in a written statement, Tuesday, April 5.

According to Ngabalin, his party has consulted with Deputy IV KSP and the Presidential Chief of Staff regarding the profiteering of his name and the institution of the Presidential Staff Office.

"What is clear is that the letter is a fake and is very detrimental to me personally and institutionally," said Ali Mochtar.

According to Ngabalin, the letter addressed to the mayor of Cirebon did not meet the administrative rules and standards that apply in KSP. "Oddly enough, the letter is in the name of TAU. Even though the experts at KSP do not have the authority to send letters and act on behalf of the institution," concluded Ali.
