Tito said that JS was charged with Article 121 letter B of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2011 with a maximum penalty of 5 years imprisonment.

For his actions, RM was charged with Article 119 paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 6 of 2011 with a maximum penalty of 5 years imprisonment and a maximum fine of IDR 500 million
