JAKARTA - BPJS Kesehatan gave an award to Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital, East Java, for the hospital's commitment to implementing online queuing for participants.

BPJS Kesehatan President Director Ghufron Mukti appreciated Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital for supporting the creation of a digital ecosystem for the JKN-KIS Program.

"The implementation of this online queuing system requires the active involvement of health facilities so that it can run smoothly, so that it can improve the quality of health services for JKN-KIS participants," said Ghufron Mukti during a visit to Aisyiyah Hospital Ponorogo.

Ghufron expressed his gratitude to the hospital management for implementing digital-based services to facilitate and speed up the administrative process of JKN-KIS participants.

Ghufron also ensured that the BPJS Health Management Information System (SIM) interconnection and hospitals as Advanced Referral Health Facilities (FKRTL) went well.

It ensures the smooth implementation of the system towards increasing the functionality of the integrated queuing system services.

Ghufron hopes that the award for Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital can spur other hospitals to immediately adopt an online queuing system and actively compete to create information technology-based service innovations, encourage human resource capacity and competence, and improve infrastructure to meet the needs of JKN-KIS participants.

"We have developed various breakthroughs to simplify business processes at the referral level," he said.

The breakthroughs in question, such as the use of Virtual Claims (V-Claim) to process claim submissions that have been accessed by most hospitals that are BPJS Health partners.

In addition, integrate the FKRTL SIM with BPJS Health in the form of electronic claims (e-Vedika), V-Claim bridging version 2.0, online queuing version 2.0, bed availability and operating schedules, to Electronic Participant Eligibility Letter (SEP) bridging.

Meanwhile, BPJS Kesehatan Director of Technology and Information, Edwin Aristiawan, hopes that Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital can further strengthen cooperation in improving services to JKN-KIS participants through the development and innovation of information technology.

"We are very open to receiving input from relevant stakeholders and health facility partners to jointly develop applications in order to provide more convenience and benefits to JKN-KIS participants," he said.

Director of Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital Wegig Widjanarko said the online queuing system was one of the innovations made by the hospital to provide better services to the community.

"Our commitment is to provide good service in accordance with the union's mandate. The online queuing system arose due to limited space in the hospital which resulted in the large number of visits. We thought how patients did not gather at the same time," he said.

The President Director of Dharmayu Djemiran Hospital who received a visit from BPJS Health was also committed to strengthening the synergy with BPJS Health in order to improve services to the community, one of which was by optimizing the online queuing system.

"Hopefully, we can contribute to the development of the JKN-KIS digital ecosystem carried out by BPJS Kesehatan," he said.
