Often Watching Porn Films, An Uncle In Cengkareng, West Jakarta Tega Abuses His Nephew 5 Times

JAKARTA - An uncle with the initials SB (29) has become a suspect in a sexual assault case against his nephew in the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta. Based on the results of the police investigation, the suspect did the act because of lust after watching an adult film.

According to the police officer's statement, SB is suspected of having sexual disorders and deviations, so that he has the heart to sexually abuse his 10-year-old nephew. In fact, SB admitted that he had committed the sexual abuse 5 times.

Cengkareng Police Chief Kompol Ardhie Demastyo said the victim often played and slept at the suspect's house, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. Not only that, the victim is also often accompanied by a sum of money.

Ardhie said that his party received the report on Tuesday, March 29. The suspect was arrested in the Tangerang area.

"The perpetrator still has a relative relationship with the victim (nephew) and has been molested 5 times," said Kompol Ardhie when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, March 30.

Ardhie further explained, initially the victim reported to his parents that his genitals felt pain.

"Then after an examination, it was found that there was a torn wound on his son's genitals. Then he reported it to the Cengkareng Police," explained Ardhie.

The victim was molested by the perpetrator within a month with a certain amount of money. The perpetrator molested the victim every chance he got.

"The perpetrator already has a wife," he explained.

Currently, the Cengkareng Police have coordinated with P2TP2A to assist victims regarding psychological problems.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 82 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 76e UURI number 17 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to UURI No. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection with a threat of 15 years in prison.
