TNI Cleans Mosques In All Polewali Mandar Ahead Of Ramadan 2022

SULBAR - TNI AD held a clean-up action in the Province of West Sulawesi (Sulbar). All mosques in Polewali Mandar Regency were cleaned by local Kodim 1402 soldiers.

"This work of cleaning the environment of the house of worship is in order to welcome the month of Ramadan 1443 Hijriah," said Dandim 1402 Polewali Mandar Lt. Col. Czi Masni Etha Yanurianedhi, Saturday, March 26.

The work of Bakti, said Dandim, was held in a number of mosques throughout the Koramil area of the 1402 Polewali Mandar Kodim.

"The symbolic implementation for the Polewali Mandar area was carried out at the Nurul Amin Mosque, Tonyaman Village, Binuang District, which involved TNI and Polri personnel, regional government employees, students and the surrounding community," Masni explained, as reported by Antara.

Masni Etha Yanurianedhi continued, this devotional work was held as a form of joy in facing the month of Ramadan, as well as so that people could carry out worship with wisdom and solemnity in the mosque during the fasting month.

"The work that was launched for five days also aims to foster synergy between all elements and preserve the soul and spirit of mutual cooperation in the community," he added.

"We see enthusiasm from various walks of life in joining this activity regardless of ethnicity, religion, race and profession in Polewali Mandar Regency," said Masni.

The Dandim also hopes that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the public will continue to implement health protocols and carry out vaccinations, both the first, second to "booster" or third doses, as recommended by the government.
