MEDAN - The Asahan Police confiscated 1 kg of crystal methamphetamine on Jalan Tengku Amir Hamzah, Sioldengan Village, Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. Three people with the initials FAR, FL, MN were arrested.

"Based on the statements of the two perpetrators, the officers carried out development and arrest of the perpetrator MN, who at that time was found to be in a workshop on Jalan Rantau Lama, Seoldengan Village, Rantau Selatan District," he said.

To the police, the perpetrator MN explained that the methamphetamine found belonged to a man with the initials HF. The perpetrator MN was ordered by HF to deliver methamphetamine to the FAR perpetrators.

"Meanwhile, the FAR perpetrators explained to the officers that initially the methamphetamine was ordered from a man with the initials IS for IDR 480 million. If the transaction is successful, the FAR perpetrators will be given wages by IS, the amount of which is unknown," he explained.

For their actions, the three perpetrators of FAR, FL and MN are suspected of Article 114 paragraph (2) Subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 Paragraph (1) RI Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
