Nurhayati Effendi Sued For Divorce PPN Minister Suharso Monoarfa, Mediation Session There Is No Agreement

JAKARTA - The Minister of National Development Planning (PPN) / Head of Bappenas, Suharso Manoarfa filed a divorce suit against Nurhayati Effendi to the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA).

Public Relations of the South Jakarta PA, Taslimah, said that the lawsuit was filed by Suharso with case file number 568/PDt G/PA.JS and officially registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday, January 31, 2022.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) said that the divorce trial between the Minister of Bappenas and Nurhayati had entered the 3rd meeting.

"The first trial was February 9, 2022, at which time the applicant or his legal representative was present while the respondent was not present," said Taslimah to VOI, Wednesday, March 23.

"The second agenda is February 23, 2022, to summon the respondent and the petitioner from his proxy is ordered to attend and then ordered to mediate. Today is March 23, the mediation agenda continues," he added.

Taslimah said that in today's trial, the defendant Nurhayati was also present in person. Meanwhile, Suharso was represented by his lawyers, Alex Chandra and Willing Learnard.

"Incidentally, the respondent (Nurhayati) was present, accompanied by her legal counsel," he said.

Taslimah said that in the trial with a mediation agenda, no agreement was found. So that it will be resumed on March 30, 2022 with an answer agenda.

"The mediation has not reached an agreement, so there is no agreement. So the trial will continue with the following agenda on March 30, whose agenda is to answer the case electronically, the case will be followed up by litigation," he said.
