JAKARTA - Street vendors who often peddle their wares on the sidewalk in the Tanah Abang Market area immediately panicked and rushed to tidy up their wares, Wednesday (23/3). Even those who did not have time to tidy up their merchandise immediately dragged the mat used to place their merchandise. A number of traders tried to remove tarpaulins to cover their stalls so they would not be taken by Satpol PP officers who routinely conduct raids and organize street vendors. Watch the video below.
