SURABAYA - The government has again extended the PPKM in the Java-Bali region from March 22 to April 4.

In East Java, there are five regions that are included in PPKM Level 1, most of them are in Java and Bali, namely Surabaya City, Mojokerto City, Tuban Regency, Mojokerto Regency, and Lamongan Regency.

"This is an exciting thing in East Java, where many regions are starting to return to their PPKM status at level 1. Then Kediri City, Blitar City, Batu City, Kediri Regency, Bondowoso Regency, Blitar Regency, Banyuwangi, Sumenep Regency, Sampang Regency, Probolinggo Regency, Pasuruan Regency, Pasuruan Regency, Jember Regency, Gresik Regency, Bojonegoro Regency.

Meanwhile, the regions with level 3 status are Lumajang Regency, Probolinggo City, Madiun City, Jombang Regency, Pamekasan Regency, Nganjuk Regency, and Bangkalan Regency. This is based on the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 17 of 2022 issued March 21, 2022, valid from March 22 to April 4, 2022.
