JAKARTA - The Cengkareng Police have named two household assistants (ART) with the initials ANI (29) and INA (18) as suspects in the abuse of three of their employer's children who are still toddlers.

"Both of them have been named suspects and charged with Article 44 paragraph 1 of the Domestic Violence Law and Article 76c JO Article 80 paragraph 1 of the Child Protection Law with a penalty of eight years in prison," said Cengkareng Police Chief Kompol Ardhie Demastyo to reporters, Monday, March 21.

Meanwhile, West Jakarta Metro Police Head of Public Relations, Kompol Moch Taufik Iksan, said that the household member had the heart to abuse him because his employer's child was difficult to feed.

"The motive was that he said his son didn't want to eat, so he (the perpetrator) was upset," he said.
