"So 15-20 minutes later, the persecution took place again," he said.

As a result of the persecution, the victim was taken to the nearest clinic for help. But by the doctor, the victim was declared dead, Monday, March 7, morning.

"Meanwhile, another victim named M Azhari was seriously injured. But his life could be saved," he said.

AKP Fery said the police who knew about this immediately hunted down the perpetrators. Finally, one by one the perpetrators were arrested from different locations.

"The disputed issue may initially hurt. There is talk that should not be said and clarified so that a fight occurs," he explained.

For their actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 338 subsidiary 170 paragraph (2) to 2e and 3e of the Criminal Code.

"With the threat of a maximum prison sentence of 15 years in prison," he said.
