The ruling reads: "Determining the defendant Juarsah to leave the Palembang detention center on Sunday, March 6 to attend the wedding of his biological son named Rahmat Rafiqi at the Grand Ballroom of Golden Sriwijaya, Jalan Governor H. Bastari No. 100, Jakabaring, Palembang."

Ordered the public prosecutor (JPU) to carry out the determination by escorting him while the defendant was out of custody and as soon as possible returned him to the Palembang Rutan after completing the event.

"On March 6, 2022, the person concerned has been released from the detention center and has been returned to the Palembang detention center on the same day," said Bambang.
