ACCEH - Aceh Governor Nova Iriansyah has extended the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Aceh until March 14, 2022. This extension is stated in the Aceh Governor's Instruction (Ingub) Number 05/INSTR/2022/ concerning micro-based PPKM level 3 and level 2.

As well as optimizing the COVID-19 handling post at the village level to control the spread of COVID-19. Head of the Administrative Bureau for the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Muhammad Iswanto said that Ingub was a follow-up to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 14 of 2022.

"It also contains PPKM Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1 as well as optimizing the corona virus handling posts at the village and sub-district levels to control the spread of COVID-19," he said in Banda Aceh, Antara, Wednesday, March 2.

The Regent/Mayor is asked to regulate the implementation of Micro PPKM up to the Gampong level which has the potential to cause COVID-19 transmission, taking into account the zoning criteria for regional control up to the Gampong level.

The zoning criteria consist of, first, the Green Zone with the criteria that there are no COVID-19 cases in the Gampong, then the control scenario is carried out with active surveillance, all suspects are tested and case monitoring is still carried out regularly and periodically.

Meanwhile for the Yellow Zone with the criteria if there are one to two houses with positive confirmed cases in one village for the last seven days, then the control scenario is to find suspected cases and trace close contacts, then self-isolate for positive patients and close contacts with close supervision. .

For the Orange Zone with the criteria if there are three to five five houses with positive confirmation cases in one village in the last seven days, the control scenario is to find cases and trace close contacts, then isolate baths for positive patients and close contacts with close supervision, and closing children's playgrounds, other public places except for essential sectors.

Meanwhile, for the Red Zone, with the criteria that if there are more than five houses with positive confirmation cases in one village for the last seven days, then the control scenario is the implementation of PPKM at the Gampong level.

The government should closely trace contacts, carry out centralized self-isolation with strict supervision and close children's playgrounds and other public places, except for essential sectors.

Iswanto continued, in the Ingub it was also mentioned that the Micro PPKM was carried out through coordination between all elements involved, starting with Keuchik, Babinsa, Bhabinkamtibmas, Satpol PP and WH, PKK Mobilization Team, Posyandu, Dasawisma, Youth Leaders, Extension Officers, Assistants, Health Workers , and other Youth and Volunteer Youth Organizations.

“Regarding the mechanism for coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Micro PPKM, it is by establishing a Village Level Command Post. For villages that have not yet formed and optimize their roles and functions," said Iswanto.
