SITUBONDO - A recidivist in Situbondo, East Java, has been arrested again by the police. The man with the initials ABS (46) is suspected of committing theft by weight (curat) at his neighbor's house.

The man from Besuki Situbondo was arrested by an opsnal team from the West Situbondo Police on Tuesday, March 1 in the morning.

The Head of Public Relations of the Situbondo Police, Iptu Achmad Sutrisno, confirmed that the Western region's opsnal team had arrested a thief.

"The perpetrator is a recidivist who has been in prison with the same case. For the development of the case, the perpetrator is still being asked for a statement by the investigator from the Satreskrim of the Situbondo Police," said Iptu Achmad Sutrisno.

For investigation, continued Iptu Achmad Sutrisno, the perpetrator and a number of stolen items have been secured at the Situbondo Police Headquarters.
