SUNAILIAT - The Bangka COVID-19 Task Force (Satgas) of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province stated that the number of active COVID-19 cases had reached 494 people from eight sub-districts.

Spokesperson for the Bangka Regency COVID-19 Task Force, Boy Yandra, said that 494 people who are active with COVID-19 are currently undergoing intensive health care by the health team, both in hospitals and in isolation centers provided by the regional government.

Of the hundreds of active cases, each came from Sungailiat District with 271 active COVID-19 people, seven people from Riau Silip, four people from Puding Besar, and 110 people from Pemali.

In Merawang District there are 35 active COVID-19 people, West Mendo 24 people, Belinyu 35 active COVID-19 people and in Bakam District there are eight active COVID-19 people.
