Gibran Publishes SE Response To Level 3 PPKM Status In Solo: Markets, Restaurants Operate Until 21.00 WIB

SOLO - Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka ensured that there were no closures of tourist attractions during the implementation of the third level of community activity restrictions (PPKM) in Solo, Central Java.

"There are no restrictions in any way, we don't have any tourist attractions that we close," he said in Solo, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, February 22.

Various tourism agendas are also carried out according to schedule. According to the Circular (SE) of the Mayor of Surakarta Number KS.00.23/734/2022 concerning PPKM Level 3 in Surakarta City which was published today, public facilities, including public areas, public parks, public tourist attractions, museums, entertainment venues, and other public areas are allowed to open with a maximum capacity of 50 percent.

The terms of the visit include following the health protocols regulated by the Ministry of Health, mandatory use of the Peduli Protect application to screen all visitors and employees and only visitors with the green category in the Peduli Protect application who may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

In addition, visitors under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent, while 6-12 years old must show proof of the minimum first dose of vaccination. Furthermore, school-age children wearing school uniforms are prohibited from entering.

Meanwhile, the market will not be closed, including restaurants which will be allowed to operate until 21.00 WIB.

Regarding this regulation, the same SE also regulates supermarkets, hypermarkets, and supermarkets that sell daily necessities, including grocery stores, agents, barbershops, laundry, hawkers, small workshops, and vehicle washes.

For operational conditions, business premises are allowed to open until 21.00 WIB with a maximum number of visitors of 60 percent of normal capacity and very strict health protocols. Furthermore, supermarkets and hypermarkets are required to use the Peduli Protect application and only visitors with the green category in the Peduli Protect application are allowed to enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

It is also recommended that places of business use the Peduli Protect application and specifically services for daily needs and basic needs at minimarkets around hospitals with a radius of 500 meters that can operate until 00.00 WIB.
