DK Initials Appear In The Case Of The Pinangki Attorney, The AGO Is Investigating

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office is investigating information about the emergence of DK's initials in the case of alleged bribery in the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa processing for Djoko Tjandra. It is suspected that the prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari often mentioned it.

Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office, Febrie Ardiansyah, said that out of the five names contained in the information, only DK was being investigated.

"There are no others yet, only the DK we are looking for," Febrie told reporters, Friday, September 11.

However, in connection with the figure with the initials DK, Febrie said he did not know for sure. So that the investigating team is looking for various information about this figure.

"So who are we looking for, we haven't got it yet," he said.

Information about the alleged involvement of the DK was first mentioned by the coordinator of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) Boyamin Saiman. There were five initials that were said to be involved in the MA fatwa for Djoko Tjandra.

"The KPK needs to explore the various initials of names that are allegedly often referred to as PSM, ADK, and JST in the fatwa management plan, namely T, DK, BR, HA, and SHD," said Boyamin.

The AGO has named three suspects in the case of the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa processing. They are prosecutors Pinangki Sirna Malasari, Djoko Tjandra, and Andi Irfan Jaya.

Pinangki was named a suspect because he was suspected of accepting bribes related to the fatwa so that Djoko Tjandra would not be executed in the cessie case or the right to collect Bank Bali.

The Attorney General's Office suspects that Pinangki received a bribe worth 500 thousand US dollars, equivalent to Rp7 billion from Djoko. Meanwhile, Andi Irfan Jaya, a former NasDem politician, was named a suspect because he was suspected of playing a role as an intermediary for giving bribes.
