Lexus Car Driven By African Tourist Collises 4 Student Motorcycles In Kuta Bali, One Victim Broken Leg

DENPASAR - Tourist named Chidi Ezonu (30) from Africa had an accident because the car he was driving hit four motorbikes driven by students.

Head of Public Relations of the Denpasar Police, Iptu I Ketut Sukadi, said the accident occurred on Wednesday, February 16 in the early hours of the morning at the Kunti Street Intersection, in front of Alfa Mart, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali.

"For a material loss of Rp. 20 million," said Iptu Sukadi, Thursday, February 17.

Five people were injured when a Lexus car driven by an African citizen hit a motorbike. The victims were Imel Putri Ridwan (16) Ayu Sora (14) and Dani Kurnia (17) Yuda (15) and Masha Dwi Maulana (15).

The accident occurred when an African tourist was driving a Lexus by taking the bow too far to the right. The car hit four motorbikes from the opposite direction.

"The person concerned (Chidi Ezonu) was not careful," he added.

Meanwhile, motorcyclist Imel Putri Ridwan suffered a broken right leg. The victim, Ayu Sora, was treated at the Siloam Hospital, while the other victims had minor injuries.

"There are victims who are broken and are currently still in the process because they are still being handled," said Sukadi.
