JAKARTA - PT Jakarta Propertindo reports the results of the utilization of its assets to the DKI DPRD. Until now, it turns out that only 11 percent or 14 of the 126 assets that can be used as profits for this company owned by the DKI Provincial Government.

These assets include the Marina Tower Condominium, Landmark Pluit, Asahimas area land, JakPro office in Thamrin City, Muara Baru Warehouse 2 Park, Pluit Junction Mall, and vacant land in Kamal Muara.

The lack of assets that can be utilized by Jakpro is regretted by the DPRD. Member of Commission C DPRD DKI Andyka views Jakpro not yet serious in managing assets.

In fact, Jakpro as a BUMD which has seven subsidiaries should be able to gain profits and the existence of the company from hundreds of assets owned.

"I ask for attention to the earth and the building. This means that these assets must be cooperated, because there are still many assets that are owned but not used optimally," said Andyka in her statement, Thursday, February 17.

Therefore, the Gerindra Party politician asked Jakpro to immediately make improvements to the problematic or unprofitable assets.

"Moreover, in Jakarta there are many problematic assets. There are physical ones but no letters, there are many kinds. Don't let us lose assets because we don't make improvements," he said.

Furthermore, Andyka said that his party will summon the DKI Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) to find out the clarity of asset status and the mechanism for returning assets which are considered ineffective if managed by BUMD.

"Later on, we will invite BPAD to clear the assets that will be returned to the provincial government, because many assets with problems that were damaged were even given to BUMD," said Andyka.

For information, currently Jakpro has 126 assets. As many as 11 percent of them are clean and clear, 19 percent do not have a certificate of ownership. Then, 17 percent of assets with legal status are still problematic, and 52 percent of assets with problem status have been given by the government from the start.
