JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Makassar Sector Police arrested nine teenagers who were about to get into a brawl on Jalan Inspeksi Tarum Barat, Cipinang Melayu Village, Makasar District, East Jakarta, Sunday, February 13, evening.
