Police Arrest Suspected Perpetrator Of Vicky Firlana's Killer, Two People In Total

JAKARTA - Police have again arrested one suspect in the murder of Vicky Firlana, whose body was found at the Kober TPU, Ulujami, South Jakarta. Thus, a total of two people have been arrested.

"Based on the temporary report of members in the field like that (arrested one suspected perpetrator, ed)," said the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Budhi Herdi when confirmed, Saturday, February 12.

However, Budhi has not yet detailed the identity of the alleged perpetrator. The reason is that members in the field are still developing the arrests.

On the previous occasion, the police also arrested the perpetrator of the murder with the initials MYL. From the results of the examination, he acted as the executor.

Head of Criminal Investigation at the South Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Ridwan said that the results of the examination also revealed that the suspect MYL was desperate to kill Vicky Firlana because he was given orders. Moreover, he was also lured by the money of Rp. 1 million.

"From his statement, he only paid Rp. 500 thousand, right, he was promised Rp. 1 million, only Rp. 500 was given," said Ridwan.

The man named Vicky Firlana (32) was found dead with two stab wounds to the stomach. Vicky's body lay at the TPU Kober, Ulujami, South Jakarta, Thursday, February 10.
