JAKARTA - The Directorate of Drug Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya sealed the Second Floor Bar and Club in Kemang, South Jakarta. This is because the cafe or entertainment venue violates the health protocol (prokes) rules regarding operating hours.

"A check was carried out by officers, it was found that there were visitors and violations of operating hours," said Director of Drug Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Mukti Juharsa in a statement, Tuesday, February 8.

The sealing began when the team held a prokes enforcement patrol during PPKM Level 3 in DKI Jakarta on Monday, February 7th. At that time, the Second Floor Bar and Club was found to be still operating until 00.20 WIB.

Then, the members reprimanded the manager of the Second Floor Bar and Club. Meanwhile, other members carried out antigen swab tests to visitors.

"Officers carried out an Antigen Swab Test and random urine checks on 13 visitors, with all of them non-reactive and negative for drugs," said Mukti. With the violation, the police decided to seal the entertainment venue. This is because the violation can trigger additional COVID-19 cases.

"Officers did the sealing in the form of installing a police line," said Mukti.
