KALTIM - The people of East Kalimantan (Kaltim) held a thanksgiving ceremony by cutting the cone for the determination of the East Kalimantan Province as the new state capital (IKN) of the Republic of Indonesia.

Deni Sutrisno added that the community and all elements in East Kalimantan are ready to work and synergize with the central government in an effort to accelerate IKN development. According to him, IKN Nusantara has a vision as a world city for all that is built and managed with the aim of becoming a sustainable city in the world as a driver of Indonesia's economy in the future.

"IKN Nusantara has become a symbol of national identity that represents the diversity of the Indonesian nation, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution," he said.

On this occasion, the Governor expressed his appreciation to the ranks of East Kalimantan Forkominda, TNI/Polri and community leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders, women leaders in participating in maintaining and maintaining regional stability.
