SUKABUMI - The Sukabumi Police Narcotics Unit raided a villa and inn located in the south sea tourist attraction of Sukabumi Regency, West Java because it was caught selling illegal liquor.

"From these villas and inns, we managed to confiscate 78 bottles of illegal liquor brands which were hidden in a special room," said Sukabumi Police Narcotics Head AKP Kusmawan in Sukabumi, Antara, Sunday, February 6.

The villa that was raided by officers is in Cisolok District while for lodging in Citepus Village, Palabuhanratu District. When the raid was carried out the manager could not show a license to sell alcoholic beverages.

According to Kusmawan, the dozens of bottles of liquor were immediately confiscated to be used as evidence and taken to the Sukabumi Police Headquarters, where the owner has been investigated.
