On that occasion, Ryan also explained, the perpetrators carried out their actions by asking for money via WhatsApp messages to a number of officials at the South Tangerang City Government. He reminded the contacted parties to be more careful.
"I asked not to comply with his request. Because I'm sure it's a fraud," he said.
He also confirmed that he would follow up on the fraud case. He tried to trace the traces of the fraud by examining the internal ranks of the South Tangerang District Attorney's Office.
