PDIP recommande à l'Indonésie de quitter immédiatement le Conseil de la paix

JAKARTA - Un membre de la Commission I de la Chambre des Représentants du PDIP, TB Hasanuddin, a conseillé au gouvernement qu’il serait préférable que l’Indonésie quitte rapidement la participation au conseil de la paix ou au Conseil de la paix (BoP). Selon lui, la décision de rester dans le BoP peut mettre en danger l’intégrité politique externe de l’Indonésie aux yeux du monde et s’écarter des principes constitutionnels de la politique externe libre et active.

« L’Indonésie est dejà entŕe dans le BoP. Mais au lieu de s’enlanguer et de poser des questions plus grandes, le gouvernement devrait prendre des mesures pour sortir. C’est important pour maintenir la constance du principe de la libre activité qui est la mission de notre constitution », a déclaré TB Hasanuddin aux journalistes, mardi 3 mars.

TB Hasanuddin a expliqué les cinq raisons principales pour lesquelles l’Indonésie doit se retirer de BoP : Premiers, il estime que la participation de l’Indonésie à BoP a réduit les principes de libre participation comme le stipule la constitution.

« L’ordre de participer activement au maintien de la paix mondiale ne se reflète pas lorsque l’Indonésie fait partie d’une organisation jugée délaisser l’agression militaire contre d’autres nations, dans ce cas, l’invasion de l’Iran par les États-Unis et Israël », a-t-il déclaré.

Deuxièmement, il estime que le gouvernement n’a pas montré de ferme opposition à l’invasion américaine-israélienne en Iran. Selon lui, cela renforce la perception d’une partialité indonésienne à l’égard de l’agression.

« Cela donne l’impression que l’on n’est pas fermement résolu à respecter la souveraineté des autres États », a expliqué TB Hasanuddin.

Troisièmement, il estime que la position non neutre et incohérente dans la défense de la souveraineté d’autres nations peut aggraver la perception des Palestiniens sur l’Indonésie. TB Hasanuddin a rappellé que la mobilisation des troupes de l’ISF BoP pourrait potentiellement révéler une réjection.

« En fait, le rejet a été dit avoir émergé il y a deux semaines lorsque les représentants du Hamas ont ouvertement exprimé leur rejet de la présence d’une force étrangère à Gaza et ont affirmé avoir communiqué avec le gouvernement indonésien », a-t-il affirmé.

Quatrièmement, le PDIP législatif estime que l’allocation budgétaire pour la participation de la TNI aux forces ISF réduira la capacité fiscale de l’État pour des objectifs qui sont encore spéculatifs. « En outre, les effets de l’invasion américaine-israélienne en Iran ont créé une incertitude économique mondiale qui pourrait affecter la stabilité fiscale indonésienne », a déclaré le membre de la commission des relations internationales et de la défense.

Cinquièmement, l’Indonésie est perçue comme risquant d’etré pigée dans un tourbillon géopolitique du Moyen-Orient qui n’est pas avantageux et potentiellement dangereux. « Nous sommes considérés comme des partisans des intérêts des États-Unis et d’Israël qui utilisent des moyens violents pour résolvoir les problèmes », a-t-il déclaré.

TB Hasanuddin a insisté sur le fait que la sortie du BoP ne signifie pas que l’Indonésie ignore la question de la paix mondiale. Au contraire, a-t-il déclaré, cela revient à remettre l’Indonésie dans la position d’un pays qui applique constamment une politique étrangerée libre et active.

« Indépendant, et en faveur de la paix et du respect de la souveraineté de chaque nation », a conclu le major général retraité de l’armée indonésienne.
