The Government Allocates IDR 28.2 T To Build Cheap Houses For MBR Next Year
BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said his party had allocated Rp28.2 trillion in funds for the Home Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program, with a target of 200,000 housing units throughout 2025.
Just so you know, FLPP is a housing financing aid fund, or subsidies that are now managed by BP Tapera.
Heru said that only low-income people (MBR) have the right to receive subsidies for cheap houses.
"The government through BP Tapera has allocated funds of IDR 28.2 trillion which is targeted to be distributed for 220,000 housing units with the current scheme of 75 percent of the state budget and the rest of the banks," Heru said in the agenda of signing the FLPP and Tapera Financing Cooperation Agreement in 2025 between BP Tapera and Bank Distributor and Joint Commitment to the Success of Program 3 Million Houses at the Public Works Ministry Auditorium, Jakarta, Monday, December 23.
"We expect this to follow up on the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) of the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait," he continued.
He said the channeling bank was allowed to carry out the mortgage distribution contract through the FLPP scheme in January 2025.
He also appealed to channeling banks and developers who took part in the program to prepare good quality housing availability.
Because, based on the results of monitoring his party some time ago, it was still found that uninhabitable houses were distributed by channeling banks through the KPR Subsidy House Program.
"The findings of monitoring and evaluation (monev) are still found in houses that have been collected, but do not meet standard quality provisions such as roofs, walls and floors of less quality. In fact, electricity and water have not been installed yet, but have been calibrated," said Heru.
"This is a reminder for channeling banks so that they can be ready stock and prepare houses that are also of quality according to the provisions. This is also to accelerate the realization of FLPP supporting 3 million houses," he concluded.
The realization of the 2024 FLPP Prosperous Home Ownership Credit (KPR) quota has reached 200,300 housing units or 100.15 percent throughout 2024.
It is known, the total value of FLPP distribution throughout 2024 is IDR 24.57 trillion. This amount includes the addition of 34,000 FLPP quotas this year.
