Visiting Setiabudi Police, The Family Of The Three Secretariats Who Became Suspects Ask For Justice
The families of three security officers who were named as suspects visited the Setiabudi Metro Police, South Jakarta on Saturday, December 14. It is known that there were three security guards named as suspects after securing a lawyer with the initials DJS who allegedly infiltrated an office building in the Setiabudi area, South Jakarta. The three security guards had the initials WW, D, and P.
Novi (44), the wife of WW, admitted that she was disappointed with the determination of her husband's suspect. Because according to her, her husband's actions are in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
"He has carried out his duties according to the SOP. It turned out that he was even reported to the police," said Novi when met at the Setia Budi Police, South Jakarta, Saturday, December 14.
She deeply regrets what happened to her husband. The reason is that with the detention, said Novi, her family lost a lot and the economic factors in her family fell apart.
"He is the backbone of the family. He has five children, so he still needs a lot of money, he needs love. Because of him, he also enlivens the child," he said.
The same thing was said, Syifa (22), WW's son. He admitted that he lost his father at home after the determination of the suspect. Because for him the figure of WW is someone who loves his children.
"Disappearance, very, very much because he really loves his children, that's it. So when there is a problem like this. Of course we also feel lost, that's it," said Syifa.
"Moreover, even the problem that is actually said to be trivial is trivial. Because this is part of his job," he continued.
He hopes that the police will be fair and impartial in handling this case. He also asked the police not to be influenced by any intervention.
"We feel that there are irregularities because the process is very fast and not chaotic. So there is less transparency in this case," said Syifa.
Meanwhile, the wife of suspect P, Putri, admitted that she was saddened by the determination of her husband's suspect. Moreover, she has only been married for five months.
"It's sad for sure, yes. The problem is that it's just been married too. Yes, I lost it. My wife lost her husband, parents lost her child. Then her family is also far out of town, Sukabumi, right. It feels really lost," said Putri.
Previously, the building management representative, Seto Nugroho, explained that this incident began when a lawyer with the initials DJS visited one of the tenants at the building in October 2024.

At that time, DJS came and gave a summons for the incident of his client's car which was hit by a driver who worked at the tenant. According to Seto, tenants are willing to compensate after a client from DJS repaired his car and was accompanied by payment receipts.
"But this lawyer is not good by making a fuss so that the tenants feel uncomfortable," said Seto.
On October 21, 2024, Seto said that DJS returned to the building and asked tenants to compensate in cash.
However, tenants were reluctant to meet DJS on the grounds that they would only pay compensation through bank transfers after the car was repaired at the workshop. The next day, at around 13.30 WIB, DJS returned to the office building. However, Seto said that DJS climbed into tenants by infiltrating.
"Because the lobby was blocked, he went through the freight elevator, without registering according to our building procedure. When he went up to the tenant, the tenants were shocked. How come he still got in. Finally, the tenant called us, then we sent security up to ask the DJS to come down," said Seto.
He said that at that time DJS repeatedly rebelled and resisted so that security officers were forced to do their job to secure DJS.
"For this incident, DJS finally reported the three security officers to the Setiabudi Police by telling stories as if three security officers had ganged up and abused him," he said.
Then the three security officers were named as suspects by the Setiabudi Police on reports of alleged mistreatment by DJS. Seto represented the building by Seto reported back DJS to the South Jakarta Metro Police on suspicion of entering someone else's yard without permission as regulated in Article 167 of the Criminal Code.
Seto's report is registered with the number LP/B/3683/XI/2024/SPKT/Polres Metro South Jakarta/Polda Metro Jaya dated November 26, 2024. In his report, Seto submitted evidence in the form of CCTV footage showing DJS in the freight elevator.
The management of the building in Setiabudi hopes that the legal process against the three security guards named by the suspect will run fairly and can provide clarity on the problems that occur.
