Menteri Ara Puji Kementerian BUMN, Dalam Dua Bulan Pemerintahan Prabowo BTN Salurkan KPR 30.000 Unit

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas appreciates the performance of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), which in two months the Prabowo Subianto administration has succeeded in encouraging the distribution of nearly 30,000 housing units through BTN.

The Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Marurar Sirait, admitted that he was amazed to see the performance of BUMN, a specialist in housing financing, namely BTN. This was conveyed when giving a speech at a mass credit contract event in the Pondok Takkan Indah area, Jalan Raya Drangong Serang, Banten, Thursday, December 12, 2024.

"I will tell President Prabowo that the performance of the Ministry of SOEs is very good because it can encourage BTN in its program. I pray that we all work together to provide housing for the Indonesian people," said Maruarar Sirait.

Maruarar also appreciated BTN's innovation as a BUMN, which was able to distribute mortgages not only for people with permanent income, but also for informal worker groups.

BTN simultaneously conducts mass contracts in all BTN Branch offices in Indonesia, as part of the commemoration of the 48th BTN KPR anniversary with the theme KPR Pasti BTN.

This activity is one of BTN's concrete steps in supporting the government's efforts to facilitate public access in financing decent housing for the community, especially low-income people.

"The program run by the President is a program that concerns the future, especially Indonesian children. We have a program of Three Million Houses, a Free Nutrition Food program that focuses on the future of Indonesian children and families," said Dony Oskaria, Deputy Minister of BUMN in the same place.

In the same place, President Director of BTN Nixon LP Napitupulu said that in the two months of President Prabowo's administration, the company had distributed mortgages for almost 30 thousand housing units.

BTN is committed to supporting the government's efforts to encourage economic growth through the housing sector, so that 8 percent of economic growth and 0 percent of property can be realized.
