"We from the Ministry of Youth and Sports really support this activity because this is an elaboration of the Great Design of National Sports (DBON), one of which is the sport of gymnastics," said Anwar.
This is the first time that the National Championships Junior has involved Asian Youth Championships athletes. The athletes qualified for the national training after going through a selection conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Chairman of PB Persani, Ita Yuliati, admitted that there are several potential athletes who will be monitored in this event. The names in the future will be developed more seriously.
"Of course I am very happy because I see that there are several potentials from several provinces, although not all of them follow the rhythm, aerobics, and artistic," he said.
